Sneak Attack Immunity

Anyone know exactly what mobs have full sneak attack immunity (beyond just having 100% fort like undead and constructs)?

Trying to understand the situational usefulness for Assassin's Trick. As is, it seems like in practice that simply stripping a mob of significant fortification and not having aggro is enough to ensure sneak attack damage.

This quote from wiki for reference:

"...some rare creatures appear to be completely immune to sneak attacks, and won't receive them even if a large portion of their fortification is being bypassed - only certain abilities in Sneak Attack-related trees, like Assassin's Trick, Wracking Shot, and Shadowdancer's capstone, can bypass this immunity."

Thanks in advance!

Assassins trick followed by shiv will give you sneak attack on anything including bosses, anything aggro'd on you, oozes and constructs, pillars and other inanimate objects. The bluff aspect of shiv is no fail as long as the hit lands.

I have never crunched the numbers but my biggest issue with Assassin's trick is the huge interruption in the attack sequence. I use it in raids and big boss fights when I am out of combat in order to help the rest of the group. Ranged folks using it have none of these issues.

Otherwise for assassins it is good at cap to have massive fort bypass. It affects sneak damage and critical hits, the bread and butter of the class. In groups, once combat gets underway, you will gain help from sundering, destruction and improved destruction etc. and hence why it is good to slot Deconstructor and the soulforged one that does improved destruction.
