Everytime I solo TS, Sorjek always blows me off to the side so removing all FF and Slow Fall doesn't keep me on the mountaintop. Any tips on avoiding that blow-off? I've gotten the Olipar and Inevitable runes (don't recall where the underwater passage is and wiki doesn't say how to get there. TIA.

Use the heroic stone shoes which weigh less than the legendary version but provide the same benefit. You won't get blown off with those shoes.

After doing fire and ice, head out the portal take a right at the 4 lock boxes and drop into the hole. Go thru the portal and you are outside. Follow the left-hand wall passs the leap off point for the short cut to the end and re-enter the mountain. Take a right and after the lava room you come to the flame jets in the floor. After you pass the flame jets go up the passage and open the door. The next room has another door at the end with shrines to the left. Before the shrines there are steps down, Rune to the left and a portal across from the steps. Going thru that portal leads to the underwater passage.

I hope this helps. I can always make an iconic and lead you thru the heroic for a teaching run if you want.

It seems your main issue is with the end fight (only the olipar rune is required to be able to beat him). There are a few ways to avoid that attack, in a sense. I have not used the stone boots myself, so I can't speak on it at the moment. When I do it, and I'm not using pillar cheese, I place my back against one of the walls and fight there. When he does that attack, you will go straight up (no sideways momentum at all), allowing you to fall back down exactly where you were and continue fighting. No need to remove FF (plus, if you DO have FF and do get blown off, you can /stuck to get teleported back. If you input that command right away, it will port you back while you're still in the air/before you get low enough to get attacked by anything else below). Your back does need to be right on the wall though.

IMO the only reason to remove FF is if you plan/need to run back up to the end fight. Since you can hold shift to block while falling to remove FF effects and fall quickly, you don't need to actually take it off anymore; and as mentioned, /stuck works best to teleport back up when you have FF active.

I solo this one fairly frequently, what I've found works is not going too far out towards him. The knockback hits you about 45 degrees or so, which means that if you are far away from the wall behind you, he'll hit a home run (you're the ball. don't be the ball.)

So stay fairly close to the wall behind you. It'll cushion the blow. Wings can also help you after you get hit. He'll smack you, you'll hit the wall and bounce up, then you can wing back towards the puzzle. Sometimes you won't need them, sometimes you will, it's also possible to land on the top of the wall and get stuck there, that's rare though.

Never get on the other side of him with no wall behind you or you'll probably get knocked off.

You can also keep your distance, so he whips out his bow, then rush in and get a few hits, then retreat when he switches back to his sword. He tends to not knockback when pewpewing.

I think (but not 100% certain) he only uses the attack when under 50% health. He also usually makes a roaring sound, but I don't think it's really enough warning time to be useful. It does seem to have somewhat of a cooldown, but it's not super long.

If you have alt accounts you can also have them range him, there's a safe spot. Or just have everyone range him, which is lame but especially on legendary r6+ he hits very hard.

Additionally, if you get knocked off, you can /stuck once, his HP might reset though without someone there to have agro, so alt accounts really are handy here. They can agro him, go to the safe spot, you can do the puzzle/runes, then they can hold down the fort if things go all basebally.

Just curious, how does your reply help the OP with his problem?

While I'm not mornyngstar, I believe they were replying to the OP regarding not knowing where the underwater part was.
... (don't recall where the underwater passage is and wiki doesn't say how to get there. TIA.
While this is not what I think the main issue is (I think the main issue is the end fight), it was mentioned in the OP as a thing they don't know.
