SOLVED Can't find Harpers Cart in Eveningstar

Take the Harper's Cart in the northwestern section of Eveningstar to start the adventure.

I can't find it, can anyone tell me a landmark or something please?

Its just to the left of the entrance to the King's Forest.

To the left of the entrance to kings forest. I believe it is named High Road.

It's a little ox cart to the left of the Kings Forest gate, if you're talking about the one I think you are
