I am missing my elminster hat, which I had put on the green flame skull, because hilarious, and the hat is missing after the rebuild for cormyr. :(

If it helps, I had 3 toons made before the shutdown. I then went back in and collected all Coffer and expansion items on Mornyngstar with no issues. Other than Saltmarsh potion of discovery and Alabaster Lion I seem to have everything.
Note: When I collected I use "Take one of each".

FYI the "current server" drop down does not have cormyr on it yet and it cannot be blank so the ticket is "unknown server"

My character is also missing VIP gifts, like the dragon wings and Saltmarsh Reward Ticket, as well as all mounts and pets…
Logged a support ticket (#372610) for my son's account.
This is not just affecting auto-grant mounts.
His new character on Cormyr purchased a polimino horse with Quaal Feather Tokens in Borderlands.
He successfully added it to his mount stable and he used the horse for hours.
On subsequent logon the horse is missing from his stable.

Thank you for posting this. My husband is having the same issue and I was curious if he got one with feathers if then he would have a mount. This tells me that he would, but only for the time that he's logged on. So we won't bother for now, we'll just keep running instead of riding.
Just to clarify, all mounts and pets were accessible upon initial character creation before the servers were taken down, however, they had all disappeared on re-entering the game [with the same character] following relaunch of the servers… I can’t remember whether the Saltmarsh reward ticket was originally available - but it definitely isn’t available now.

On a related but un-related note: I haven't been getting my Alabaster Lionesses on new characters for some time now.
As a thank you from Standing Stone Games, active VIPs who logged into any character on their VIP account between February 6th and March 13th, 2017 get an account-wide permanent Lioness Hireling for all their characters, forever!

Same(ish) The ones I am missing, I did have, before the server went down.
I had clicked on the certificates already, and pretty sure I saw them appear next to me.
The Saltmarsh reward ticket has returned - but still no mounts or pets.

Is it safe to claim the mounts of the mists event? i have zero mounts due to the bug... im getting tired as i run arround when everyone else has a mount...

the only expansion i got full is myth drannor, and it gives mounts, and i farmed the borderlands one and the horse vanished! so im getting close to get the big cat of the seeker lantern, wonder if i should wait for a fix on my stable, because i have nothin to run arround at the moment... sad story...
