Is it safe to claim the mounts of the mists event? i have zero mounts due to the bug... im getting tired as i run arround when everyone else has a mount...

It should be. Make sure you have a ticket in with us on your missing mounts as well. However, other than the one time of it happening here it hasn't seemed to happen again.

I have mounts on Cormyr I never added. Something is clearly amiss.

That Happened to me today! Same thing!

Logged a support ticket (#372610) for my son's account.
This is not just affecting auto-grant mounts.

His new character on Cormyr purchased a polimino horse with Quaal Feather Tokens in Borderlands.

He successfully added it to his mount stable and he used the horse for hours.

On subsequent logon the horse is missing from his stable.

The original ticket (#372610) has been marked as solved and closed but my son has not received his horse.
It seems like the last patch fixed everyone else's mount issue and they received their mounts but not this one.
I have logged a follow-up ticket #377863
