I understand your point, but personally I find that even the first lifers have the right to try and sometimes it makes the run more fun and unpredictable.

Some players can solo R10 or get through R10 with another good player or two. Then there's a lot of players who think they are of that calibre or trying to convince other people .... and they have it in their mind that they will only run R10. There's such a thing as R9, R8, R7 etc if you are accepting whoever hits the LFM. Either kick the people who have no business being there, or just take it down a few notches to get a smooth run.

I gladly take any one in high reapers. We All started some where. Heck I often carry guildies in r6-8 by myself to lvl them up faster than doing low lvl epic.and the capped ones do the same for me yah it sucks feel worthless in quests some times. But better than doing slayers where 4 out of 6 people aren't doing jack to help get kills.
This is literally the point of a guild to help each other become the strongest toons they can be.
