Some quality of life suggestions

So i think i have lost some items. I have accepted that.

But i suggest that SSG makes a "global search" button at the character select screen. so you can search all you toons on one server for an item.
I have logged in and out numerous times to find an item. I assume that puts load on the server.
I can't be the only horder...

I would also like a button to move x amount of random items from the TR cache to inventory and another button for move to bank and maybe even one for move to shared bank.

This is probably pushing it but maybe it is possible to mark some items as "favored" and this mark will stick through reincarnations. Then you could have a button that says move all favored to inventory or bank.
Maybe it should not be "favored" but a color. say you have 3 or 5 colors and you can move all items colored a specific way to something.

Yes I am back in the game and yes i payed for VIP and these things would benefit me greatly and maybe others too.

Also, admin rights + closed source are two of the biggest red flags around for "apps you should never run". It needs to swap to an injector style and give up the admin requirement if it wants to be safe.

But, back to OP, yep! I want to be able to do "grep 'level.*1[0-5]'" and have it cough out a list of all the level 10-15 items across all characters, including location (eg. bank slot number, equip slot number, etc).

Also why the need for external plugins?
Because the community has been asking that same question for close to two decades now and about five years back some super nerds (imho that's a compliment) stepped to the plate and took on the glove. No easy task. On the site of Vault of Kundarak you can read up that the people behind it have nothing to gain from making this.
If I'm not mistaken the originator has since passed away to greener pastry, so some due respect is in place. That said, it is no easy task to cut into the winbus and figure things out from scratch. The winbus thing prob also is why it's closed source. Though if you dig around a bit I'm sure you can find some older source lingering around in some code repository. Not much to se there but a whole lot addresses.

Ty for that reply.

If the originator did indeed pass to greener pastures i wish his family the best.
I have been reading and thinking over that reply.
My conclusion is it would suit SSG to buy that code and implement it in their code.
I mean the code is tested and works.
Much cheaper than programming it from scratch.

And i think i see why it must remain closed source.

I will leave it at that and think about if i can make the binary work i Linux.

sortable bags.

LFM clean up for empty LFMs. ( no players remain in group )
No LFM's for full groups ( not counting hires ) that enter on public.

The ability to sort the crafting materials bank into sub-groups like we can do with the normal sharable bank.

How about starting with the most basic of inventory functions ...

Like being able to sort your inventory items by level.

On a slightly off-topic note, whatever happened to their launcher? It seemed to stop working at some point and I miss it dearly.
