especially on the hardcore server, I miss spot augments, especially those in the DDO store. They are too rare to find in chests, making it unlikely to obtain them for characters who actually need them. Additionally, most players don't use the auction to trade augments they don't need; they simply don't care.
An even better solution would be to introduce an item similar to the Secretive Hood-Indigo. Currently, it buffs you with a bonus that works as if you have a +5 spot and search item or augment on your character.
I would love it if such an item existed and scaled with your character's level. For example, if you used it with a level 1 character, it would give you +5 spot and search, while with a level 32 character, it would provide +22 search and spot.
Of course, since it would be more useful, it could also cost more DDO points
