Stacking Wisdom

I'm starting a Feydark paladin, so Charisma will be my main stat (allowing me to put less points into Str and giving me lots of Cha buffs). However, we know that we need 14 Wisdom to cast paladin spells. I have a +1 Wis diamond in my L1 gear, a supreme ability tome for +1 Wis at L1, and ship buffs give +2 to all abilities (per Strimtom, but haven't tested this). Do these stack so that I can put only 10 points into wisdom, leaving more points to put into Cha and Con?

Different type channels for stats stack. In the case of the 3 sources you just named, they're all different types, so they'd stack.

I know this isn't what you asked, but at early levels, you probably will not have enough manna to cast many spells. A lot of paladin builds start with 8 wisdom, assuming they will have a piece of wisdom gear by the time they need it.

At level 1 you don't even need the diamond, since your spells don't exist until level 4.

Ship buffs alone will be fine until level 11 when level 3 spells become available. After that you will need some wisdom from some other source.

Getting my first spells at L4, I have +3 abilities slotted, ship buffs for +2, and the supreme tome gives another +3 for a total of +8 to all abilities, so I should be able to start with 8 (or even 6) Wisdom if I am correct.

Unless I start with 8 Wis

If you have supreme tome, starting with 8 should be enough. Together with the +2 of guild you will be good to go.
If you will relay on spellcasting for healing you might want better wisdom for more mana. You can get that with items.
If you just use spells to buff, then you won't really need it. You just buff once and go... And if needed you shrine.

You can start with an 8 WIS without a tome, and wear one item to allow you to cast Paladin spells as soon as you're able to.

There are several +3 WIS named items at level 4, the first level you can cast a level 1 spell. At level 5, there are +4 WIS items. Between levels 10-14, there are several +6 WIS items.

Assuming you aren't totally new to DDO, you can farm out those items using a higher level character before you level as a paladin.
