Stealth start to end one way Portal

I love to stealth when I solo, but generally speaking it doesn't help much in team situations.
This has driven me to prefer going solo in a lot of content as it really is meaningless to sneak past a group of enemies that your party is going to have to fight anyways.

That's where this suggestion comes in: the ability to make a one way dimension door like portal that starts where you use the ability and ends where you stop stealthing or re-toggle the ability, with a limit up to ~20 seconds.

As for implementation, the ability should be available in a universal tree (tier 4~5 or core 4~6), epic destiny tree ( tier 3~4 or core 3 ) or as a feat. The cooldown should be 1~3 minutes. The portal should last 40~180 seconds (until the cooldown is off).

With high player DPS, what's the incentive to using stealth?

Keep in mind that a typical Zerg group can bang out a quest in under 3 minutes, while meeting all the required objectives. If I had the choose stealth vs speed, I'd never use stealth to grind out past-lives.
As NightHiker said, it's useful to skip unnecessary fights. That said, trying to get 6 people to do the same is completely impractical due to the stat and technical skill requirements to successfully stealth. In order to make the high efforts of stealth pay off in group situations, a solution as I have suggested is necessary.

The first time I saw Red Dungeon Alert was in an all-stealth group. :)
