So, I finally have her polished up.

12 Fighter = Extra feats as well as 4 uses of second wind. Second wind heals her for 13,471 in R1 content.
4 Paladin = Some saves, Sacred Defender up to T4.
4 Artificer = 1 Extra feat. Renegade Master Maker T3 enhancements.
Previous versions of the build have had similar splits but I feel this is the most optimal split at the present time to meet the goals of the build. I feel that T5 fighter enhancements are now better than T5 Paladin enhancements especially when you factor in the changes brought by the Macrotech destiny.

Level Order:
Start with your Paladin Levels. Then pick up Artificer and Fighter. Interleave the Artificer and Fighter levels so that you can spend full skill points in the trapping skills.
Leveling UP: DONT PLAY THIS BUILD TO LEVEL !!! I usually grab a heavy crossbow and put my points into Inquisitive / Battle Engineer/ Harper trees. Even without the ranged feats to back it up you will level much quicker and can solo pretty much anything with the pew pew. Once you cap then reset your Destiny and Enhancement points and put on the tank gear.

Reaper Points: The more the better. Right now she only has 102. Full Tank tree / 12 points in caster tree for extra charisma / rest in offense tree for some dexterity etc ..
Threat: 2133% She does not hit hard but it sure makes the mobs mad.
Future Plans:
Right now I am contemplating making her a dwarf again. The new raid Dwarven Axe might ne an interesting tank weapon to try out and I'll need to reset reaper 1st time bonus experience eventually.
I would loose 226 HP from the Aasimir Protector Bond but I would gain some back from being a Dwarf (+4 Con) as well as 20 HP from Dwarf core enhancements. I would also gain 3 more Max Dex bonus (Right now she has 28% Dodge this would potentially give her 31%) I would also probably drop Spring Attack to pick up the Lesser Dragonmark and potentially get Radiant Forcefield Clickies in the bargain. And another 15% shield AC.
