Still Missing Sharn Ultimate Rewards After 2.5 Months

I purchased the Sharn Ultimate Edition during the Black Friday sale, but I still haven’t received the one-time account reward items that should be included.
I submitted a support ticket (#458679), however I haven’t received any response or feedback yet, and it has now been almost 2.5 months.

Hey all, just checked in with all of the teams and we're looking good to attempt this fix again during tomorrow's downtime.

In addition, continuing work with the team to make a pack that will be distributed to those affected, hope to have more on that within the day or by tomorrow.

If everything goes well we should have news tomorrow about this. We've been working to do a mass grant to people who are missing this, and it's taken longer than expected to get it ready to go, but it's ready to go for tomorrow and assuming it works we will have more news following.

This morning I had an email from support to tell me that my overdue items had been delivered, but when I logged on, I only received a Standard Supplies bundle, rather than an Ultimate one. There was also no Augment bag. I've replied to support and hope it will be fixed somewhat faster than this initial effort.

Very odd, but also very fixable at this point. I'll let support know this happened, but an agent has the power to manually fix something like this.

This may be the wrong place to ask it but I have a friend that last months vip rewards didn't count when he attempted a turn in. (It removed the flag, and said it was too soon to recieve the next reward. )

He still has an open ticket and has received the previous month's reward this month.

What are the steps he can take to get this resolved so his rewards aren't a month behind?

Does anyone know if the customer service agents alter the vip reward token state?
