Still unable to complete my unpacking

Hello,
after months and many tickets, i am still unable to complete my unpacking, so unable to TR.

I am guild leader.
All guildies have transferred with me.
Still always getting this message when trying to unpack:

(Error): You cannot create a new guild. You are already in a guild.
<string table error; tableDID [0x25000003] token [0x02A3E814]>

Did your guild unpack to the point where your guild is on the new world (just gives an error but the guild/airship/etc. is there)? Did you join a different guild after you transferred before unpacking?

Does the data still show guild information?
Are you Currently in a guild? (pressing 'O' and going to the second (guild) tab shows results, not the create a guild screen).

If yes to both questions:

/transfer delete guild
/transfer unpack
/transfer unpack

You should be good to go at this point.

If either of the previous questions is a no, open a ticket (again) with full details, use the 'I didn't get what I paid for' option (this seems to be the only option that gets results in my experience) and DM Cordo the ticket number.

Might want to try transfer your guild leadership to an alt character if possible before you do the delete guilds commands above. Transfer leadership back from alt when you're done and fully unpacked.

ya it looks like the only solution, but id like to not lose my 183M renown

everything is there and working fine, no i did not join any other guild, just cannot complete the process

thanks, /transfer delete guild seems to be the only solution but as said in previous answer my renown has always been precious and since months i am convinced there is a way to avoid losing it. Is it really worth DMing Cordo for my issue ?

Assuming your personal renown contribution is showing correctly when you mouse-over the guild renown then doing that command should be fine (since you said all your guild stuff is there and working fine). You can DM Cordo/update your ticket/etc. if you're really concerned but I don't know if they'll be able to do anything other than that same function since your guild/airship/etc. are all there.
