Stone of Change: Can Resistance Ritual Stack With Other Items With The Same Ritual

2 things:
1. I have applied the Resistance Ritual to all my jewelry and I don't know if they can stack. Actually 4 items have the ritual so that will be +4 (4x +1 competence bonus to saves) correct? 2 rings, goggles, and a trinket.
2. I don't see an increase anywhere. Checked everywhere. Removed, put them back on. These are competence bonuses and should stack with regular resistance. Anyone know If I can verify?

I hope I am not wasting material.

Same type bonuses don't stack (with limited exceptions) so 4Xcompetence is the same as 1Xcompetence.

Take all off, put 1 on at a time. The first one to go on you should see your saves improve (unless you have ANOTHER competence resistance bonus somewhere) by 1.

I can do things others can't...
The Save Bonus doesn't stack (with others of its kind) as far as I can tell, and should stack with most things. Are you by chance a Bard of some kind or using the Fatesinger tree? As there's a lot of stuff there that's usually competence based so might conflict there.

Re-reading this is a little confusing. Let me re-type that for clarity:
The Save Bonus from the buff gained from the Resistance Ritual granted by the Stone of Change does NOT stack with others like itself (other items that also have been given this same buff from the Stone of Change does NOT stack with itself).
The Save Bonus does however stack with pretty much everything else in the game.
There however is a lot of sources of bonus that is also Competence based that can be found in the Bard class and the Fatesinger tree. If you are in either of these, it may be a small instance where it is not stacking (but it should) as the bonus from the Stone of Change was more supposed to be Eldritch Alchemical in nature rather than simply Competence.
