Well it seems i'm not universally despised by ddo devs or support after all. lol Today i got a response and the payment methods and checkout are now working for my main account. Although i wish i still had time off to play i was able to purchase Vecna expansion with both accounts and will find some time another day. Better late than never. I sincerely thought i was being purposely blocked on my main account.
