Returning player after ~8 year break. Ok... so last night I did apply the DDO30 code to check the discount off Isle of Dread (I was too tired and lazy to open calc.exe) and didn't complete the purchase as I'm using Steam this time. Had to read how to add funds to the account ect... Early morning I purchase the TPs but don't see the discount anymore AND can't apply the code. How can I get support on this issue?

Purchased 10th Anniversary bundle. Haven't received the tome, neither 15 minutes, nor 15 hours later. Support ticket unanswered.

EDIT: Instead of delivering to my main character who purchased the bundle, the tome got delivered to one of the mules with overflowing backpack. So, obviously it was nowhere to be found until I started clearing inventory for no reason. Then all of a sudden, the Supreme Tome popped. At least it's account bound... I'd have been pissed otherwise.

Is the store fixed and is it save to buy stuff with coupon discounts yet or better wait until Monday (and US working hours)?

Are the tomes of epic learning bound when you buy them?
I have an alt account (premium) that's lvl 21
If I buy it on her, can I mail it to my main?

One in a billion chance, but thought I'd ask. Main made it to 13 last night, but we only play on weekends, and the sale doesn't last till next weekend.:cry:

Yes, it's the same character. Coupon was applied, but not used. Since I can't insert it again, I can't get the 30% discount. I've opened a ticket, tried to explain the issue and was simply told to wait. US$120 spent in any other game I would get more help than that. Almost 48 hours waiting now.

I'm still waiting as I was told to. Can I get support with my problem?
DDO30 was applied on august 4th, didn't make a 30% purchase. Can't get the 30% discount and can't reapply it to the account. It says

Coupon uses per account limit reached​

It was applied but not used. You can check the info in my transaction history.

Okay sometimes I'm dense and this is new functionality so questions:
  • Do you only get to select one of the Determine Your Own Discount Coupons?
  • Or can you apply each of them once and thus get 1 item for 30% off, 3 items for 20% off and 5 items for 15% off?
  • Players are saying you have to purchase the items on the character you applied the code on, is that WAI?
Mark me down as another that isn't overly thrilled with the new store layout and navigation. On the other hand it just takes extra time and patience looking for what I want... except for cosmetic preview, I'm going to be bitter about that for awhile.

You can apply the 30% one time, the 20% code can be applied 3 times, and 5 times for 15% code. Whatever character you apply any given code on has to use that application of it (so if you apply a 20% to Aelonwy, you can apply the remaining 2x 20% codes to Aelonwy or other characters but the 1st application is tied to Aelonwy only).

I was going to grab a +8 Supreme Tome to Bank for an alt with DDO30 Code... I entered code on an Alt that already had a +8 Tom though. So its not showing up on my Store Page. Even after I click the "Show unsuitable items" still not there. I cant see any Ability tomes at all on this character

So I switched to an alt that does not have a +8 Tome... I now see the tome. But I cannot use the 30% coupon because I "Redeemed" it on a different character.

I know its just 5% on this transaction, but it could be a lot more for someone else. but still 5% of 4200 Points is quite a bit....

The maintenance is over, the sale is over and I still can't get my Isle of Dread with the discount. My ticket is almost a week old now and I can't get the expansion I've mainly bought the points for. Last answer on ticket was "The store is being maintenance as we speak, please be patient, as we resolve the issues. I apologize for the situation, and our team is working diligently to fix the problem. In meantime, any information will be relay into our official forums. The ticket will be on hold till we rectify the problem, thank you.". Can you help me with this problem, please @Cordovan?
