Once you touch the location you can teleport there for free.

There is a missing explorer, too. I reported it years ago and probably more than once because it is annoying to miss out on 1 explorer in the end. But I don't know if it is heroic or epic or both. I doubt it got fixed though. Maybe you can still find it in your database, Flimsy.

Yeah, me thinks Titus just missed it because I have got all of them in both Epic and Heroic.

I did just complete both heroic and epic and all of them were there.

While you're looking at Shadowfell Conspiracy, would it be possible for someone on the team to check if Zisskord can ever spawn in Epic Wheloon Prison? I'm pretty sure he's prevented from spawning because a Nightcrawler always appears on his spawn point island, but obviously I can't positively confirm this from outside.

Just this week I was able to find all 3 rares that had been missing in Heroic Stormhorns. I also noticed the additional spawn points for other rares and encounters. Haven't hit the Epic yet. Thank you.
