Stormsinger Bard : Some Suggestions

Stormsinger bards are reknown for utilizing their music and song to produce devastating effects. What kind of stormsinger bard does DDO get? One that can cast electrical spells, and gets bonuses to crit for electricity and cold spells as well as SOME elemental bypass. The only song-style ability we get is to bless our melee/ranged allies with a CHANCE of producing a lightning bolt that doesnt even scale with our own spellpower, but with theirs. This makes the stormsinger bard in my humble opinion VERY lackluster.

I suggest the following -
Replace some of the enhancements with something more akin to what the lore accurate stormsinger is all about.
T1:
for example, a t1 ability could be
"Eledar's Electric Surge: Expend 1 use of bardic music to produce a eledar's electric surge, no max caster level, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, etc..."

OR

"Frost Lance: Expend 1 use of bardic music to produce a frost lance effect, dealing 4d5+20 cold damage on impact. The number of lances increases to two at caster level 7, then to a number of three at caster level 11, then to a number of four at caster level 15, then to a number of 5 at caster level 19, then to a number of 6 at caster level 23, then to a number of 7 at caster level 27, to a maximum of 8 at caster level 31"

T2:
a t2 ability could be "Hailstorm : Expend 2 uses of bardic song to produce a hailstorm at no max caster level, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, enlarged...etc)

OR

"Lightning Bolt: Expend 2 uses of bardic song to produce a lightning bolt effect, DC is equal to 1/2 bard level + perform skill + CHA bonuses"

T3:
a t3 ability could be "Chain Lightning : Expend 3 uses of bardic song to produce a chain lightning effect at no max caster level, DC = 1/2 bard level + Perform Skill + CHA bonuses, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, enlarged...etc)

OR
"Cone of Cold": Expend 3 uses of bardic song to produce a cone of cold effect at no max caster level, dc = 1/2 bard level + perform skill + cha bonuses, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, enlarged...etc, reflex save for half damage

a t4 ability could be "Lightning Storm" Expend 4 uses of bardic song to produce a lightning storm effect at no max caster level, DC = 1/4 bard level + Perform skill + CHA bonuses, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, enlarged...etc)

of
"Aura of Cold : Expend 4 uses of bardic song to produce a aura of cold around you, dealing 1d6+3 damage per caster level to enemies that remain in melee range of you for 30 seconds + 3 seconds per caster level, can be maximized, quickened, empowered, extended...etc

and finally a t5 ability could be "Storm of Vengeance: Expend 5 uses of bardic song to produce a storm of vengeance at the location at no max caster level, DC = 1/4 bard level + Perform skill + CHA bonuses, can be maximized, empowered, quickened, enlarged...etc"
OR

"Storm Avatar: Expend 5 uses of bardic song to produce a Storm's Avatar effect : For 30 seconds + 6 seconds per caster level, become the storm incarnate, Gain Deflect Missles and causing your sonic/cold/electric spells or your melee/ranged attacks to generate a localized bolt of lightning on the target dealing 1d6+6 per caster level of electric damage, no max caster level, can be quickened and extended) Targets can not be hit more than 1 times per second.

The spells produced from our sounds SHOULD be more powerful than the original spell, allowing us to utilize a resource (bard songs) to create devastating abilities. This would not only make anthem items more viable, but it would also give the stormsinger bard some lore accurate abilities. Our bards are meant to produce magic with our songs. Not just apply spellsinger/warchanter buffs.

Just a thought, let me know what you think.
