true or false ? I can get strikethrough when TWF . I have asked this to my friends online already . I'm pretty sure it is no

the answer i got is strikethrough only happens THF or dwarven axe or Bastard sword . but when you have one in each hand the strikethru stops.

I was dual wielding daggers and have strikethrough listed on my expanded character sheet . If the answer to my question is false,

then this info on the character sheet is misleading . trying to get a definitive answer , thanks

Only on tempest ranger with dance of death
This is correct and the reason all my TWF builds have at least five levels of ranger. Otherwise leveling while killing one mob at a time will be sloooow whenever you solo.

IIRC from the original release notes, strikethrough exists in basic 2WF, but at a % chance significantly reduced from your basic %.

Ranger level 5 for Tempest tier 5 DoD with:

14 Cleric War Domain or 14 Paladin for Holy Sword for the critical range and multiplier.

Vistani Knife Fighter universal tree core 4 for critical range and multiplier but limits you to daggers or kukris.

Kensei Fighter 6 will get you a +1 crit multi from core 3 Strike With No Thought.

I was also wondering if two bastard swords can still strikethrough.
Even if character sheet shows this general pure data info, practical code can use some own independent "if" dependencies, so like always in this game, the best way is to test it by watching damage on targets.

Short answer is no generally - see https://ddowiki.com/page/Strikethrough - unless, again, you use dance of death then yes.

While wielding a Two-Handed Weapon, or while wielding a Bastard Sword or Dwarven Axe in your main hand and a Shield, Orb, Rune Arm, or nothing in your offhand, your attacks can Strikethrough.

Druid Bear form Natural Fighting is the only way to get ST with any melee weapon outside of Rangers DoD, but it doesnt include the offPAW ?

I do not trust official descriptions (or outdated wiki) anymore.
Too many times something worked differently in this game than claimed.

so stuff from epic destinies grants Strikethough or nah ? because on my character sheet it says it does . however nearly everyone I ask about it says no , only in DoD

Because under the character sheet "+" tab melee combat shows you characters potential ST if all the criteria is met. After taking THF Feat you can add ST through enhancements and it shows up on the character sheet in addition to 20% base but you need to be able to activate ST before you can benefit from it. So DoD, Natural Fighting, THF Weapon or Hand and a Half Weapons (A Dwarven Axe, A Bastard Sword), will benefit from the additional enhancement ST because they can use it.

There are many things which increase strikethrough percentage... but that doesn't help if you don't HAVE strikethrough. Ditto things that increase your offhand attack percentage... useless if you aren't making offhand attacks.
