Hello everyone, and welcome to my next installment of the hardcore build guides series. This one is a little after the event, but as many haven't started their journey and might start over the holidays I wanted to be able to provide some fun new options that can work well for those who want to try something different!

Winter Lute Rogue
Solo Rating: 3.5/5
Description: With the changes to crossbows allowing them all to work with dexterity, it makes a free to play crossbow build actually feel good in the current environment. This character is a trap wizard, disabling every trap in the game, as well as having good trap defences as well. The crossbow is nice, starting with a great crossbow and then getting the option to swap to a light crossbow at level 8, this build is great for someone who wants to be able to stay safe and out of range while filling foes with bolts. Great for group play as well as people won't really ever turn a rogue away! The only downside is the lack of healing here, so just make sure you are leaning heavily on blood tribute and you should be ok.

Description: Blightcaster almost feels like cheating for these types of events. Excellent single target spell damage, great sustain with death eater, and good with spells starting at level one thanks to having so many spell like abilities. Make sure you take your SLAs and spam them as often as possible and you'll soon find yourself asking why you even play other caster to level with at all. Great in a group as well, the only weakness being that the healing is bad in the early game, so go buy some potions until level 6 and then after that you won't need to worry about healing anymore.

Description: Sacred fist is something I have always found to be slow, but that's because I always try pure sacred fist. Multiclassing is the solution, and here we have sacred staff. Dragonborn lets us get a better starting stat total, and you really just slam it out with AoE here. Additionally the new divine healing is excellent for both keeping yourself alive and your team mates. You don't have a way to directly deal with traps, but you do get evasion and great saving throws so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Tanky, good damage, good AoE, and good healing, with lots of immunities. What more could you want?

Description: Blightcaster almost feels like cheating for these types of events. Excellent single target spell damage, great sustain with death eater, and good with spells starting at level one thanks to having so many spell like abilities. Make sure you take your SLAs and spam them as often as possible and you'll soon find yourself asking why you even play other caster to level with at all. Great in a group as well, the only weakness being that the healing is bad in the early game, so go buy some potions until level 6 and then after that you won't need to worry about healing anymore.

Description: Sacred fist is something I have always found to be slow, but that's because I always try pure sacred fist. Multiclassing is the solution, and here we have sacred staff. Dragonborn lets us get a better starting stat total, and you really just slam it out with AoE here. Additionally the new divine healing is excellent for both keeping yourself alive and your team mates. You don't have a way to directly deal with traps, but you do get evasion and great saving throws so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Tanky, good damage, good AoE, and good healing, with lots of immunities. What more could you want?
