String Table Error

My character was booted out of the game a couple of days ago, and when I logged back in that character was greyed out with the message String Table Error Table DID (0X 225000016) token (0x 0770D3A2)> Other characters are fine, but this is my main and guild leader. Still on Kyber and have to transfer in the next two weeks but cannot get into him to pack. Put in a report two days ago, sure hope they get to me before the end of August.

Does anyone know what a string Table Error is? I tried deleting and reloading DDO but same thing.

I really hope that my main does not disappear taking the guild with him. I spent the better part of 8 years building him. The countdown to transferring is getting serious.

Did you do something to contact CS? Have you been on Discord to make reports and DM anyone?

I received this back by email.
"Your request (431993) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I am not on Discord.

I figured it out because my wife's account did exactly the same thing today. Turns out that our credit cards were not automatically processed for our annual VIP subscription. It took a while to find the correct path to the processing center, but once the cards were run both accounts went back to normal. They never advised that we had a issue, and having never been on premium, I had no idea that only two characters were allowed.

I posted this in another thread, but in my experience, as soon as your VIP ends it cuts off access to everything you get as a VIP immediately, like down to the minute. There’s no warning or anything, it just ends, even if you’re in the game worlds, you’ll lose access to anything you don’t own.
