Stronger SDK build at cap?

Yeah, but I'll only redo the math for my own builds. When answering others, it's their build their math; I'll just give the general advice. Ranged is easy/always. SWF is iffy and depends a LOT on how much damage you do outside the profile v inside. If your build used Adrenalin, I'd have guessed Patience for a win. With QQ and Law of the Divine, I'd have guessed no-patience.

I haven't done a deep dive but from what I've modeled, patience is always a sizeable positive net bonus for realistic builds (eg not great clubs lol). It's worth more for some builds than others but the margin is not small enough that slightly slower non-critting damage should cover the difference for any, i would guess. Maybe picks are extreme enough to be the exception but idk if picks are optimal for any build (they're like -0.0175 if I'm trying to make it break patience lol)

Now whether it's worth taking over the next good option is probably a build specific choice, but i think you'd need a pretty strong option to move the needle.

Losing centered cuts off too many options...ac bonus, fire or ocean stance, SF imbue, ki whirlwind, and you won't qualify for either sac or stal def T3s in light armor. And of course going Cha based is impossible.

How do you make Feats work out with a 14 SF, 5 DL, 1 MNK split?
3 weapon feats, Crit, Precision, Dodge, Mobility, Whirlwind, Spring Attack and 2 monk stance feat = 11 feats - and you only have 10 feats in heroics (7 regular, 1 monk, 2 DL). Do you fit in one of those feats in epics - and if so which regular epic feats do you take?

Yeah usually save the stances for Epic feats. You've got Patience, OC, and Eerie Aim that are must-takes or solid choices, after that it falls off a bit: Epic DR, Epic Reflex for no-fail-on-1, Imp MA for 0.5W maybe? Nothing that really outweighs the extra 19-20 crit or dodge cap, and I like to have both to toggle situationally.

Heroic 10: SWFx3, Dodge Mob WWA, IC, OHV, Prec, Adept. I think Spring Attack is the odd one out there since you already have so much mobility, between SF and Monk runspeed and T5 Dlord Leap+Sprint, and then in Epic you can get EA Leap too (I like EA aura for the PRR debuff and making Cure Light a decent Epic spot heal).

Epic 5: Patience OC Eerie Master GMaster

Destiny 5: Dstrike PSWF Law Crush Titans

Patience can be net negative for some builds that have high secondary damage sources like sneak attack, imbue damage, and divine crusader tier 5 law damage. Also builds that have smaller ranges like 16-20 or smaller. For Barbarians is probably always good. For pally and rogue is probably not a good idea.

For my build patience is about a 1-2% dps lose and I get about 40% of my damage from secondary sources and have a 16-20 x5 crit range. So saying it is always good is false.

I appreciate you sharing your knowledge, Thank you.

This part, however, confuses me. Monk 1 does not give run speed. SF with 41 vkf and 36 dl does not have enough ap for run speed. The DL rush, I assume that what you mean by sprint, feels clunky and often turns me in an odd direction.

So that leaves Flight of Kings and 3 charges from chaosmancer pl which seems somewhat slow unless I go EA. I am probably overlooking something obvious though.

My centered alt hits 70 with leg jidz in ocean stance and abiding path
MRR is less important if you include %absorb gear in your build. I'll run 50 on a TR build, but I really don't like sub 100 on a raid build. These days, I always use %absorb on both styles.

i use 4 leaps depends on cooldowns
dl leap
spring attack
shadow junt
fey past life

i took 1 monk only for stance and synergi with SF and Grandmaster ed

in dl tier 5 i didnt take tatical commander what gives me a bit longer cooldown on roar but its not a problem for me

Oh youre right about /1 Monk

Drop down to 36 DL 25 VKF 6 SD 13 SF. You lose 5% attack speed 20 MP from the capstone. You pick up 25 PRR MRR +1 LoH 14% runspeed 3 imbue dice ghost touch and another copy of WWA. I get the meta but I always felt 41 VKF without taking T5s was just a waste of AP to go all-out glass cannon. T4 still offers most of the benefits, while freeing up the other 15 AP to get more value elsewhere

If you're not going to invest anything into SF enhancements then you're just getting +1 crit range, 14 PRR MRR MP for 14 class levels. Why not just go pure DLord at that point, and get much better Tactics DC for your Roar, plus uncapped MRR? That's going to be far more of a DPS boost overall with Helpless damage
