Stuck on Installing Prerequisites

Just trying to login and I'm getting stuck on the Installing prerequisites screen. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm in game, but I'm having serious latency loss. Like the servers are about to crash.

Figures, I get home from work and of course I cant play...

I was killed in Cursed Crypt because of lag - my Shield spell was faded (last over 3 mins) when lag was ended, but mobs spammed me with magic missiles.

Seems likely, or they've effectively already crashed and will kick you out on a bit
