Last I saw Axe of the Unseen Blow drop was maybe around 2011, and the last time I ran into one was about a year or two later on auction.
Granted it was rare back then too, and even to have a loot chance of it you'd have to go through Litany optionals which is rarely done i ngeneral, but it was still only as rare as the other (mostly useless) Litany drops, which I see all the time.
I have done litany bosses so many times since then by now and spent quite a good amount of astral shards on chest rerolls, yet no axe.
I have also not seen it auctioned, nor have I heard of anyone (been asking here and there) who saw it in recent years.
My suspition is that it went out of the loot table at some point after an update around that time and nobody noticed because it was rare to begin with.
Can my claim be disproven? Has anyone seen it drop in the past decade?
Even better if dev can just check the loot table to confirm/deny my suspicion
