SWF Dragon Lord: Precision vs. Offhand Versatility?

I am currently level 11 with SWF/ISWF/IC/Power Critical/Weapon Focus/Weapon Specialization. I just noticed that my second life SWF Dragon Lord had a Tome of Dexterity that increased DEX to 13. It otherwise follows Mary's Charisma Dragon Lord build.

I was wondering whether Precision or Offhand Versatility is a better choice at 12? I wonder if Precision PLUS an ORB > Offhand Versatility? (Any other visits to FRED that you recommend for other feats are always appreciated, but my main question involves whether Precision or OV is a better choice for a SWF user).

Levelling I would take off-hand. And I would run with nothing in the off-hand. Precision might be better at cap.

I'd drop Power Critical and take both.
