Symphony of the Fey Vow of Glory Issue: Event Temporarily Re-Enabled

We have temporarily re-enabled the Symphony of the Fey event to address a bug preventing characters from removing their Vow of Glory or being able to acquire new items. We are working to correct this issue in a game patch as soon as possible, but in order to allow these players to acquire new loot, we have re-enabled the event. Players can turn in their lutes or continue Symphony of the Fey progress if they wish until our next game patch, tentatively planned for next week.

Are the leaderboards from Wednesday saved and locked? Or do folks who are on there need to avoid dying for another week to avoid losing their ranking for the when they get put up?

Thanks, can we get customer service to help us turn our summer flight lutes while the event is still active?

It seems like there should be a way to remove our summer wings feat we received errantly when trying to claim our winter wings due to a prior bug.

If it's extremely difficult, I will just take a refund for my consumables and be disappointed, but I would prefer the wings I earned.

This would be the proper thing to do but, I doubt anyone thought of that.

Also I hope that's on all servers now.

Come on, just a few more weeks! Edit: wrong quote. Not the leaderboards, but the event and lutes.

Will the NPC's granting rewards already earned be a permanent fixture in the hut due to cosmetic feats disappearing after TR's? (looking at the fey wings)

Since last summer, cosmetic Feats are also no longer removed on Reincarnation (with the exception of Reaper Wings and Eyes.)

I still haven't read any confirmation about those npcs; they would be useful to claim rewards for any toon including new toons.

The summer/winter wings go poof on reincarnation and you have to go back to the NPCs to reclaim them. SSG has to make them persist thru reincarnations still; hopefully with a future update.

Was that intended at first, or a bug?
I realize I never checked for the Year of dragon wings; is it same?

I had the three rewards that I wanted, and three of the songs -- despite a fourth song being easily acquired, and did so this morning so that was nice. And I guess I can get the fifth song by getting to cap and running it in Legendary R1. (didn't want either of them on an alt)

So I guess I'm satisfied about this extension.

This. Make the wings permanent feats, please.

And let us re-claim the music sheets at the npc. Or at least make it bta! 5 btc cosmetic items are awful.

you can get the song at Leg normal if you want. If only want the sheet and not the durability, why not, it's easier in a lv 20 toon.

Not the Reaper-only one. Maybe I should have gotten that during my last heroic life ; but well, I didn't.
