In future years you'd get more participation from DDO players if SSG offered Extra Life specific rewards. The Community Loot List is stale. EverQuest does a great job offering tiered Extra Life rewards.

To start, I appreciate how generous the SSG team were. There were tons of point codes given away during all the streams, along with various other items and the community picks based on milestones hit. This is one event each year that gives the feel goods all the way around and I really look forward to it.

With that said- I agree with you and think it would be awesome if the higher tier community rewards were things like +1% xp per $10K raised for 30 days. Or +1% treasure hunter bonus per $10K raised for 30 days. Not sure if that's do-able, but love the thought.

t has been a crazy few days (including a holiday for us here in the U.S.) so I wanted to follow up quick to thank everyone who has donated so far! We have crossed our $30,000 goal, and the campaign continues through the end of the year. However, the giveaways for group incentives happen in early December, so if you want in, get your donation in by the end of November.

I have a large number of people to get back to! I am working this week and into the next few weeks to get everyone their codes. I will reply back to you through the contact method you provided to me in your survey. If you have not yet filled out a survey, please do so.

One of the things Customer Support has asked me to tell you is to remind you that you should redeem these coupon codes from within a game world, not from character select. Technically account-wide codes should be fine, but this Community Loot List also includes quite a few orphaned items and character-only items, especially on the DDO side, so to be safe, redeem it on a character inside of the game. Thanks!

Also yes, we know we haven't been able to add much to the list in the past couple of years. The way we distribute this stuff needs to change, as trying to mail people codes isn't a particularly good way to do it, but allowing choice requires the mailing of codes under current infrastructure. Sorting that out will help us be able to offer new rewards more regularly, perhaps.

As of tonight I have responded to everyone who submitted a survey to me on the DDO side, so if you made a donation and filled out a survey so I can contact you with your picks, you should now have something from me. If not, let me know!

There is still plenty of time to fill out the surveys. I will do the group incentive giveaways after November 30th, and the campaign technically continues through the end of the year if you need to wait closer to that time to donate. If so, you'll miss the group giveaways, but the individual incentives continue to apply. Thank you again everyone for helping to make this year another success, and we really appreciate it. Have fun!

Yeah, if you run into an issue filling out another survey however just reply back to my earlier message to you with codes and let me know what you want.

Hello! I am down to about 30 surveys left, but I typically get a bit of a rush as we near the end of November, so if you haven't sent in your survey yet, please do so! The campaign continues through the end of the year, so you have until then to fill out a survey, but if you want in on our group incentive giveaways next week you'll need to have a survey sent in by then.

We also just crossed 40k for our Extra Life total thanks to your help! Thank you very much everyone for your assistance this year, and if you don't have your codes from me yet, you will in the next few days. Have fun.

I am caught up on the last surveys that have come in in recent days, so I'm just about ready for group incentive giveaways and starting to wrap this thing up. SO: If you donated and have not received your incentive codes from me, send me a message here and we'll get it sorted. If you donated and have not yet filled out the survey to pick your stuff, you have through the end of the year, but you are basically just about out of time if you want in on the giveaways, so fill it out. I believe that my email regarding incentives found its way into oblivion through the junk folder. I did receive one about DDO points, and I found it there. I only looked there because another player was talking about having gotten theirs. I have not received one regarding the rewards selected in the survey.
