The Chamber of Raiyum - which chests are named item chests? (heroic)

Named item chest is in the treasure chamber, but are there three of them? I'm sure I've gotten named item drops from the central chest. Do the chests to the left and right of it award named items as well?

The chest closest to the entrance to the chest room has the named items. The ones to the left, right, and epic chest don't.

Not sure if the Hand of the Tombs rune-arm is a "named" item, but I pulled that from one of the side chests.

(On a reroll of the chest, with a Discovery elixir active.)

Just out of curiosity and maybe I'm not aware of something. Why is this important? Don't you open every chest?

They're rerolling for the item to reduce the number of runs and they don't want to waste shards on a chest that can't drop the item.
