They haven't done that in a while. Myth Drannor also didn't get a VIP discount. So I doubt they will add it later.

This isn't a mini expansion. Those were (or have been) only offered with mini expansions.

Does the universal action point stack with the others we have from sharn and morgrave? Normally they are named something like +1 universal action point (lamordia), but this one does not specify.

When will the items be available for purchase in the DDO store? Normally that is addressed in a FAQ section, but I don't see one

Also, what levels are the quests? I don't see that info anywhere either.

It doesn't stack with Morgrave, but Cordovan says it's a bug.
The quests are probably 8 or 9, since the hireling is 8.

VIP discounts were for the "mini" expansions, and for this year they decided to do away with "mini."

So we have an AP tome that you can't use if you've used the one from previous expac, a cosmetic that permanently makes your hair white when you wear it, a mount that either no clips or has invisible reins.... And a racial completionist feat that isn't currently activated despite dhampire being a pre order bonus.
