So..... Who loves a Dell?? 
Got this Win10 puter on the cheap back when they announced Win7 was gonna die out. It was never intended to be my main puter so wasn't too worried about it being a Frankenputer. (Dell's tendency to make computers from old leftovers, like Packard Bell used to.) And, yeah, I know Win10 support is starting down the drain next month.
I found that the only compatible ports between this new puter and my monitor was VGA. (seriously) My monitor has HDMI (old but not depricated) but the puter tower only has VGA and DisplayPort. Lol. Who does that? Skip an entire level of output port? Lol. My previous posts were using that VGA port, with everything wonky sized and clipped at the bottom.
So scrounged another old'ish monitor that also has DP port, bought a new cable. Things looking good for the time being. Installed the game and looking at the characters in the select screen.... I didn't realize just how 8-bit my stuff was looking before. Onboard video still, with the most recent drivers dated back to 2017, but still a huge improvement over my old 2010 potato.
120G of SSD fills up fast when Windows is eating half of it, and DDO Hi-Res took another 26+. Still subbed to LOTRO, so hoping it'll fit.

GL, but I'd consider a newer computer than one that is already obsolete (Assuming there are not financial issues, if there are, ignore me, I'm an idiot)

I filled that up in about three hours installing the software I need to do my job nearly four years ago.
Finally made them give me a 24G 2TB new one.

eep yeah that sounds painful. mine gave me a fancy 32GB RAM Macbook Pro. 512GB SSD, but we run our stuff in the cloud

PSA: Pit-bulls, even at play, can accidentally snap hand bones with a playful nip. Really sucks when it's the metacarpal behind your mouse-clicking finger. Was worth it, would do again.
Am helping remove/rehome some dogs from a bad situation and he was just so happy someone was paying attention to him.
This isn't the happy guy, but nearly identical.

It was purely accident. If he'd been serious, I wouldn't be typing with both my typing fingers now. Imagine a 70'ish pound toddler made of pure muscle wielding +5 daggers overly happy to see you!
Like I said, bad situation. Involved neglect and mistreatment. He's the last of 7 we removed from a property (and 3 kittens). He's not good with other animals making him hard to find a home or foster for so far. Not giving up.

Mine was a dump. She may have been part of dog fighting outfit. They literally beat the viciousness out of her. She is scared of any loud noises. Gun shots, thunder, or any sudden noise. She will shake in fear. During a thunderstorm I have a thunder shirt and some pet ez that cuts her shaking down. I hold her in my lap as the thunder storm roll through. She also has major separation anxiety.
She is good around cats, though with a bone she can be a little nippy with a cat. If it gets to near. But other than that she mostly ignores them. I can not leave her alone. I tried to crate train her. She wrecked the crate. Just recently I had to be out of the house over night. The next day I came home and had to run some errands. She broke out of the house by going through a screen in a window. Both my wife and granddaughter were there. She was looking for me. All because I had not spent enough time with her when I got home.
I spent most of that afternoon with her in laying in my lap. As I reassured her that I was not leaving her. That everything was fine. She is my silly little dog. Bonded to me that I have never experienced in any pet before.

Can't argue with the Pug thing, but Pitties can be the biggest chonks of lap puppy. Like rotties and Dobies, it's all in how they're raised or treated.
In this case, this Pit has every right to hate people and be a real arsehat, but he's coming back around to be a real good boy for someone, will just have to be an only pet. His expression when he gets his favorite butt-skritches is hilarious.
His owner.... heh. [Sadly, a family member currently locked up awaiting trials on gun/drug/animal cruelty charges.] We were going to move into the next stage of trying to save her house from being condemned and sold at auction but were told in blatant terms to F you, F off, and F our help. So, once we get this last dog rehomed, we'll go hands off and watch a $400k house being sold for pennies to a flipper. Oh, well.
Meanwhile, just got word from the Humane Society that they can't help with the dog rehoming because he's animal-aggressive in certain cases. (you know, like starving for food and attention.) *facedesk* Haven't given up on him, but man the doors ya gotta knock down trying to get the right thing done.
