I see a few big problems, and this time, I refuse to buy this offer because it does not make any sense. I would buy it in the game, and I want to understand what I am about to purchase.
1. I should not have to go to the previous offer to understand what this offer offers ME; by just reading this, I should understand what I am getting in full!
2. Reading this, I do not understand what and how many bank spaces I get. I should not pull out my calculator to figure out if I am getting 20 or 30 bank spaces! Also, going to the website, I read that I should be getting 50 bank storage spaces in 30+20, lol.
3. What type of bank spaces do I get? "20 additional slots of account bank storage for a total of 30!" Are those shared or character bank spaces? We have 2 official bank spaces; please specify. I am not playing a word game.

You are trying to charge me 80 dollars for this offer, but you can not even explain properly what you are trying to sell me and what exactly I am in standard easy to read format; so sorry, but no, I won't buy if I can not understand what you are trying to sell me and what exactly I am getting. And no, I won't go back and read other offers to figure out exactly what I am getting. This is not my job. I am asked to pay $80, and I want a very clear description of what I will buy with proper terminology from the game.

If you purchase the Superior Coffer you will get 30 total Account Bank and 20 total Character Bank slots. If you buy the Greater you will get 20 Account Bank and 20 Character Bank slots. If you get the base pack you will get 10 Account Bank slots. There is no reason to buy multiple.

Can you get this on multiple different alts, and how do people track on each toon how much character space has been earned by what extra purchases so as to not overlap purchases. How do people track how many different shared account slots have been purchased thru seperate means, not sure this exists.

Atleast with tomes for destiny points there is an indicator as to what has been used on each alt, if this doesnt exist on the character and shared bank space, people need an icon to hover over or click that will show what has been acquired.

Yeah. I have to do research to figure out what I already have vs what I still could use. I know it's possible to figure out but it's not very clear. I've bought tomes I already had. My own fault but some clarity would be helpful here.

Like you/Cordovan and the description states, "If you buy the Greater you will get 20 Account Bank and 20 Character Bank slots."
However, when I bought it I only got 10 account bank slots, not 20 as advertised.
When I asked customer service for help, they said it was working as anticipted.

My request: "I just bought "Greater Echoes of the Black Rose Coffer" which should give “10 additional Black Rose Account Bank Storage Space (for a total of 20).” but only gave a total of 10 shared account spaces. So how to get the remaining 10 bank spaces?"

Customer Support is unable to assist in the provisioning of account Bank Spaces. Development has confirmed that all packages are performing as anticipated.

So... how do I get the remaining 10 shared bank slots, "for a total of 20", as advertised?

Contrary to Cordovan's post, Customer Service still claims coffers act as anticipated but refuses to state how many shared bank slots they think the Greater Coffer is supposed to provide and closes ticket.

I see the difference rabidfox shows, even though the difference is not completely transparant, as Solarpower describes. I guess the difference may be caused by an internal miscommunication.

I am concerned that Customer Service may be trying to ignore that the coffer delivers less than what is clearly advertised (which is also the same as what Cordovan states that it provides) which seems like cheating.

@Celestrata Bloodsong I don't normally tag SSG folks in posts, but since you're the store person (and I couldn't figure out what to file a bug report for this under on the support page); the difference in values given per tier listed on the store vs website is problematic.

I see the webpage has been edited with correct values now; hopefully customer service sorted things out for you.

Kind of.
SSG would not honor the advertised bundle.
Instead I got to buy the bigger one for the difference in price, and that required Cordovan´s help.
So that was it.

I wouldn't buy anything from DDO. I bought points last night, didn't get them, submitted a ticket, and still haven't gotten them. Or any response from DDO. Been over 18 hours now.
