Yeah but it loses standard speed above water/lava. Feels really bad. Especially when speed keeps alternating from jumping and landing on water.
Any strength-based character has faster swim speed than the carpert currently.

Also, movement speed value under "+" jumps from 211% to 270% for a brief second when touching water, possibly a visual bug.
