the issue is, people dont wait for the group to fill before starting the quest

I accounted for that reduction on roar
Stunning blow is single target and longer cooldown than duration, costs a feat, if you're using a twohanded weapon so you get strikethrough your dps is garbage, twohanded dps is basically lower than casters.
Improved Trip Be the whirlwind NEVER WORKS because the DC on secondary targets is bugged.
Nobody actually uses dire charge anymore, and that has a lower duration than cooldown.
~None of those are fighter specific~

and casters don't only get mass hold that was just an example.
All casters can get Burst of Glacial Wrath which is unironically just better than roar in terms of cooldown and reliability, they get pretty much permanent Freeze (with no actual save) on Moon Lance.
I didn't bring up alchemist's flesh to gold or freeze, I didn't bring up otto's sphere of dancing, fascinate, Evard's black tentacles, Grasping Thorns.
LOL, Burst of Glacial Wrath is an epic only and costs a feat. Also, anyone can get it, not only casters.
Mass Hold only works for living monsters, not undead, not golem, not plants, not pretty much everything else... and it needs to beat spell resistance.

BTW, play one caster and let me know how that BoGW goes. BTW, Burst of Glacial Wrath doesn't work on incorporeals...
As for moon lance, people need to stay in Magus destiny with cold speciallization to get up to T4 for it. What if people play a fire sorcerer, which is pretty common? Almost all divine damage are fire or light based, almost the same as warlock.

If you say cold druid or cold warlock, or cold based sorcerer, sure; but not everyone is cold based and not everyone has T4 on the magus tree. The freeze isn't permanent either, its 12 seconds on Elite and below and only 3 seconds on R10. Also, its only 1 monster.

reaper doesn't reduce cc durations below 6 seconds.

reaper doesn't reduce cc durations below 6 seconds.
it does: Dancing Ball: 3 seconds. my search-fu is weak here, but someone else mentioned that "Cut the Strings" dancing is also 3 seconds. If its supposed to be 6 seconds, then its a very serious bug.

The irony of telling people who don't want to zerg to just start their own parties is of course that the first roflstomper to join their party is gonna rush to the end regardless, so unless the person posting the "no zergy" lfm is also keeping a list of players they don't want in their party, they're gonna have to recall, disband, and reform the party at least once during any givin session. Or they're gonna have to let the roflstomper run their chain for them.

When I join a party I move at whatever speed the party leader is moving. The character with the star by their name. If the leader hasn't entered the quest, I don't enter it, unless asked to. If it turns out the party is moving too slowly for me, I typically continue the run at their pace, and after that run I politely leave the party. It's simple courtesy. If you don't value courtesy, then you don't value it. Why you don't value it is entirely your business, but the fact that you don't value it becomes the business of everyone you interact with.

Some people have written that this is why they don't post LFMs opting instead to run with static groups or other friends. That may help them manage their own exposure to discourteous players, but it reduces the number of LFMs posted by groups looking for people to do slower, more group oriented runs, which reduces opportunities for new players to join groups where their new characters are, instead of being carried or left to wander around aimlessly until they get killed, actually helping the party they joined to reach a goal.

I like a good zerg, but I'm not gonna join someone's party and just run the quest without them. I'm certainly not a paragon of courtesy or of curating the new player experience. Well, there are also experienced players who also prefer a less zergy style of run, and sometimes I like that, too. I try to be helpful, and I try to be courteous. We all have bad days, but I try not **** on anyone elses party, and if I do I try to admit, at least to myself, that acting like that is poor reflection on the quality of player, if not the character.

I guess impatience is rampant right now....
No this has more or less always been a thing unless running content well beyond the capabilities of the group. Though I'd say it more common now with Physical DPS being really strong atm.

One simple change could eliminate threads like this...

Allow any member to give the leader the ability to open at Hard/Elite but ONLY allow the group leader to open the quest.
