The latest data center move has made my graphics stutter.

Since playing on the 64bit sever and 32bit servers I've never had this issue. yesterday and Today post update every few seconds my frames drop to a halt then back to normal.

I've tried direct x 9 - 11, low and high graphics. I've updated my evga geforce rtx 3090. Nothing helps. The stutter is beyond annoying and might very well be the last week i play this game with the non stop issues. I've spent thousands of hours in this game and its beyond frustrating watching wack a mole with bugs and issues. any advice would be welcomed.

Have you tried creating a character on the older 32bit servers to see if the stuttering happens there as well?

Windows also pushes updates on Tuesdays, so it's possible you had updates to your computer since you last played.

thanks for the advice, i tried both of these options. also repaired. still skipping frames. =(

just tried my old 32bit server and zero issues with the frame skips. this didnt occur 2 days ago on the 64 bit server, just when they moved to the new data base. i cant figure it out.
