The Nymnoyn Orlyett Two Weapon Fighting Fey Pact Warlock

The goal of this build is to be up in the front line with the other melees of a party, whilst the casters, Ranged, and heal toons do their parts in the back. Also if you want to play being in between the front line and the casted, ranged, and heal toons, you can. Everything is dependent upon how you the player wishes to play.

So, some questions. Trying to see what I can do at cap with this.

What is the goal of this build? Tankiness, melee or caster hybrid?
If Tankiness and Melee, then why not splash fighter or something else to buff the melee?
What makes all points in to Con vs Cha more synergetic or is this just a flavor build?
What about spell DC's?
Whats your trees look like and your epic destiny trees look like?
How do you usually use this build?

Since you didn't post enhancements, I'm not sure what your plan is, so I'll point you to Strimtom's Vistani melee'lock.

You really should fit improved crit in there. You can take improved TWF at level 9 and improved crit at 12. Move the meta feats around. Also as stated you need to update with your enhancements, this is bare bones.

Shoot. Thanks for pointing out what I missed.

I'd suggest punting falconry -- TS & Blindness immunity are v.easy with gear (L1 CC goggles can do both). Add Vistani instead. Depending on how much AP you drop into it, VKF gets you Drain Immunity + 25 Negative Absorb + MP + Crit Profile + OH TWF + PRR/MRR + Deflect + DS + .. etc etc. etc.. and then put some Scholar AP elsewhere if all you're getting from it is DW.

I haven't seen Strim's VKF+Warlock build, but all you have to do is mention those two words together to get a good build. Besides, he's a decent builder. His builds may be more quick&dirty rough concepts than fully polished, but the ideas are the valuable part; it's easy enough to tune them up if you like them.

I ran a VKF+Warlock build for my very first character in DDO. It's a great solo build -- plenty strong enough for a brand new newbie to solo elite or R1 all the way to cap.
