Spoiler: Novice Lute Golden Mote Spoiler

Quest: Hijacked Haul.

Reward: Lets you play a song on a 90s cooldown.

Short swim after entering the quest. Doesn't matter what lute you have equipped initially. Can't miss it.

Opening the bottle takes you to a brand new part of the quest. Where there is an optional to collect a Golden Mote.

Seems no. Golden Mote can only be claimed once. So just one one reward per lute (per character? not sure, assume not thought)

Seems independant of advancing said lute though.

The Golden motes can be utilized once per lute. So, use it and mark the location, and then once you acquire a new lute for leveling up go back to the golden motes as long as the quest is within 3 levels of your character. Hope that helps, Happy DDO'ing

One thing to note as well as when you approach the bottles they play a song thats different then the quest music...gives a reason to play with sound on for those who typically do not.

Found another mote in yester hill, tree opt behind the statue. Go thru the disturbed grave. Sky lute (full cloak) Also noticed that the motes are giving sheets music we can play manually as an item that palys the new songs

Finding the Disturbed Grave behind the statue at the end of the quest:

Found one in middle of running loot drop tests:

Members Only (Go up the stairs and at the T-Junction where you go towards teh Giffon optional and towards the end, there's an illusory wall there you can walk through. That'll get you to a dance off then fight with Harpies for the one there.

Was on R10 when I ran into it. Didn't have a flute so was just seeing what it was like there.

How much durability are you supposed to get? I got 12 points on R1. I didn't get any special loot for my lute either.

Was on R10 when I ran into it. Didn't have a flute so was just seeing what it was like there.

It is Knight - the terrible thing is that is the first place I went to test the event functionality, but just went on autopilot and never turned to face that wall despite several times just tumbling past it
