Love the build. Lots of inquisitive lovers or users out right now.
I’d like to suggest a slight change I’ve been wanting to do but couldn’t until now. The 3rd extra Universal AP makes it possible, although it doesn’t work for heroic past lives in iconic, just Dark Hunter or racial past lives.

8 AP Harper To hit and battle trance
11 AP Sniper Shot (amazing shot *AND* sneak vulnerability)
23 AP and 12 levels of Dark Hunter gives Smoke Bomb invisibility and Core 4
I think you will want either battalion brew from alchemist or 3rd-level Artificer Spell (6 levels), Insightful Damage for int to damage without using anymore points.
Yes, this means every one of 83 action points is spoken for, but with Shadow Dancer epic strike (+30 or so force damage d6 From SA dice) and 21-28 imbue dice and Shiradi mantle it should do well. Some options for 3rd epic destiny tree seems like Macrotechnic (no fail reflex damage and +3 imbue dice and more) or Legendary Dreadnaught (+3 action boosts, maybe displacement and some defense) could be good options.

If I have understood you right then I would go with something like 12 Dark Hunter, 6 Arti and 2 Rogue. I am not a fan of Dark Hunter since they give up Evasion at level 9 but that is mitigated by going 2 Rogue. I've never done an imbue build so I wouldn't have a clue what the best options for that are.
I still think you would need either Primal Avatar or Unyielding Sentinel for the self healing abilities but you might get away with the bottles from Dark Hunter though they are slow.

For raids I tend to prefer Epic Quiver of Alacrity to get threat reduction (close) to 100%. Inquisitive can pull agro from many tanks, especially with Imbue and Sneak attack damage. I also like the Purifying Quiver if you need to add a little something extra.
I was fortunate to get a Masterwork curse on my Mythic and Reaper helm of wall watch, so the stats increase a little. So many thanks to Helm of Death guild farming to help me get this reaper helm! It makes it difficult to swap to Myth Dranor gear or my DoV ranged gloves that got an improved curse to add +2 to Sneak Attack Dice. Gear Tetris challenges.

Using the Shadow gave me evasion with a Bladeforged, so my Paladin 2 Macrotech gave me something like 110 reflex saves with no fail on a 1 and reconstruct. Could also do 2 Arty or Rogue or Paladin and 4-6 Alchemist and the Battalion Brew and free Insightful Reflexes.Happy to hear you are enjoying it

I level slower than most so I cannot tell you how it goes on my main, PeterReperer just got 75th RAP and 80’ish past lives,but seems like it could work on my 2nd, PeteIsMyName, who doesn’t even have heroic completions but has the 2 Arty and 6 Alchemist setup I think and is at cap with 12 Dark Hunter.

Yeah, the healing is probably the biggest limitation, of course, trying to use Shiradi vigor healing and Admixture potions from Alchemist/Arty and Dark Hunter and Heal Scrolls. On the other hand I can often have a meta magic or two thanks to all the other feats provided by Arty, Alchemist, and Dark Hunter.

For endgame that would involved MD, IoD and possibly Morgrave items. I have tried to come up with something multiple times but I am struggling with all the stats that are available now hence why I left it at level 30 for the time being. I am trying to come up with something but it's far from easy to say the least.

I have been duoing with this at endgame using the current gearset on toons which don't have mega amounts of past lives etc. So far been mostly OK up to about R3 though have struggled in some quests in MD. The toons don't have mega amounts of reaper points either but they are holding up fairly decently I think overall. We both have a dino bone weapon which helps a lot.

Would be interesting to see how far I could push it but she's happier with slightly less of a challenge. R2 is about her limit.
EDIT: It's always going to be BTA stuff anyway. No interest in raiding and that removes the majority of BTC stuff. I believe at least
