curious but isnt an imbue setup more beneficial? as in 3 Long shadow, 2 Reverbation ,2 10RP raid ,3 Electrocution ,1 snow peaks imbue ?
thats 7 Imbues and still 25ish RP

I did some calc and assumed 140RP (Non imbue focussed set) vs 100 with the different imbue dices and front values and the 140RP was Only Close because my build is running more Imbues elsewhere
It probably is and you are probably correct, the above is just what I had at the time and I have gotten round to having a proper look at it yet.

you still missing alot of your #imbues til 28+ go with ranged power (which helpes both base and imbues). ideal is spine x4, long x3, crack x3. as for trinket use Seratted Arrow > deleras.

I've been using this for a couple lives, and wanted to post some detailed gear. This is mostly stuff I found while an the TR grind, so I have no illusions that it is optimal. I like to know what I should be looking for as it goes. I don't like to swap normally, because I forget to swap back.

I built up an inquisitive for my Alchemist life on my path to heroic completionist. I found it very nice 15 to 20. My level 15 set up is almost identical. I have not hit 29 yet (halfway through 28), but this is what I was thinking for cap
Level 32 Gear:
Neck: Legendary War Rune Pendant
Head: Legendary Wall Watch Circlet
Eyes: Legendary Study Spectacles (int 14)
Trinket: Night Hag heartstone
Armor: Legendary Wildwood Vest ML29 (+15 Enhancement Bonus, Fortification +142%, Physical Sheltering +33, Competence Healing Amplification +53, False Life +50, Green) [Scavenger Hunt] {WW}
Back: Legendary University Archer's Cloak
Wrist: Legendary World Weary Wrappings
Waist: Legendary Bladesworn Bandolier
Ring1: Legendary Katra's Razor Wit
Ring2: Legendary Katra's Razor Wit
Feet: Legendary Steel-Toed Steps
Hands: Legendary Wildwood Guantlets
Quiver: Epic Purifying Quiver ML29 (Burning Ammunition - 1d8, Blunted Ammunition) [Oath of Vengeance]
Main:
Off: Legnedary Toven's Hammer (insight int + 6 and Sovereign lightning)

LEg Wallwatch set:
Sneak Attack Dice +3 Artifact
Armor-Piercing +30 Artifact
Doubleshot +15 Artifact
Ranged Power +15 Artifact

Leg Forbidden Knowledge set:
Physical Sheltering +30 Profane
Well Rounded +3 Profane
Attack +4 Profane
Damage +4 Profane
Melee Power +15 Profane
Ranged Power +15 Profane

Leg Wrath of Sora Kell:
Universal Spell Power +25 Artifact
Physical Sheltering +30 Artifact
Hit +3 Artifact
Damage +3 Artifact
Imbue Dice +3 Artifact

Leg Perfected Wrath
Well Rounded +3 Artifact
Helplessness Damage +15 Artifact

I have never run an inquisitive at cap, so I am not sure what to expect. I feel like it leveled fast, but I we shall see what happens at 29 (leg wallwatch set) and 30-32. I feel that my effectiveness at level 15 was up around an 8 or a 9. How have you felt that level 15 inquisitive builds compare to level 32?

pardon but its not possible to run Wrath of sora Kell and wallwatch since u have to use either Helmet or Gauntlets for 3 Piece beside the 2 rings...

Luckily it's not true. ;)
I think the OP might be confused. Arborea works fine as stated in the tool tip. But the weapon enhancement use to stick after TR for the extra +2 stacking bonus. Back in the day, you just TR holding the weapon you want to use during heroics.

Honestly, I miss the “fun” unintended bugs in this game. It made the grind so much more fun, without breaking the challenge at end game. Keeping twists active during heroics was fun. Monks were heroic gods, fun. The ML1 rings from Lord of Eyes chain with +6 stats were fun. Barovian weapons. FVS. Sonic Blast. They put so much focus on balancing heroics is kind of silly. You could easily blame HCL as the reason, but honestly heroic nerfs were being done long before a HCL, and even after epic destinies were introduced. Levelling is and has always been more of a challenge of time and efficiency. It’s not like your going to ever r10 a heroic life outside of maybe once just to do and that’s only if you are a hardcore fan.

Been thinking more about making a fully fleshed out gear list that I use during levelling if anybody is interested? If it is then let me know and I will see about doing it.

on a second account I use some Borderlands gear until level 5 then a full feywild until level 10-12, then a full ravenloft gear until 20. At that point I switch to epic Saltmarsh and epic abishi gear until cap

Nice to know :) I use Saltmarsh from level 3 (which is where I typically start), switch in some Feywild at level 5. At level 7 I swap to Isle of Dread bits and pieces (still picking stuff up). At 10 I swap to full Cannith Crafted gear since I can't be bothered farming Ravenloft stuff and then switch to Sharn stuff at 15 (Wallwatch etc). At 20 I update my crafted stuff and run that to 29 pretty much.

I will get around to doing a full breakdown of everything when I can.

Started on a table for gear folks, it's going to looked a bit squished due to how the forums now work and being so stupidly narrow but I figured it was the easiest and cleanest way to present the information.
