I live a few mins away from where I work. I managed to secure a break time twice during the times the dev team the servers and transfer wizard would be up and running after its maintenance period (Both Tuesday and Today). Both times, they not only said "lol teehee oops it's gonna be another hour, soz" but then they don't even open up ON TIME AGAIN, it's like another 15 mins.
I don't mind if they need more time to make sure things are working, but state as much THE FIRST TIME in the original downtime post instead of wasting peoples time who plan their day around trying to get something like SERVER MERGING done early so they don't have to wait and bog down the line later.
Third world problems over here, I understand but I can't help but be frustrated with this experience and how they handle it.
