There are no bonuses exclusive to this weekend, but during this weekend there are the listed still ongoing bonuses.

Does this apply to reaper xp in legendary quests? Hard to tell because the xp report doesn't show the bonus. Thanks.
edit: I've tested with a guildmate. He could see the bonus in legendary, but I've tried two characters and could not see the bonus on either.
