Threats Old and New Solo!! AMAZING!!!

So, I just solo'd Threats Old and New on Legendary Normal. What build did I use? My Cyborg build, but I recently swapped gear and enhancements to give Inquisitive a try. How did I prepare for this solo attempt? I didn’t. I was bored, jumped in, and succeeded on my first try.

Now, I know this is posted under Achievements, but let’s be clear—this isn’t an achievement. I’m sharing this for two main reasons:

1. To highlight that Threats Old and New is an easy, mechanic-light, poorly designed raid.
2. To point out that Inquisitive is overpowered and can easily compensate for a lack of skill or planning.

This raid felt like a cakewalk compared to others from the get go, and I’d really love to see more challenging, well thought out raid designs in the future. Raids should push us to think, strategize, and execute, not just breeze through on the back of overpowered builds.

As for Inquisitive, I hope it gets toned down eventually...just give me a few months to get my money’s worth out of all the gear I swapped.

Now solo it on your feylock... If you start now you might DPS the boss's HP down before the weekly restart.

with ddoor and fire mitigation (looks like you got fireshield going in the screenshot), it is very possible on a high dps build. I almost did it on my monk but died in the red wizard room due to low MRR>

Both of my deaths was because of that room (3rd death was Jibbers). If I had brought scarabs I could've likely done it flawless. Luckily, I had ooze which broke the deflect on the wizard.

Shoot First, Shoot Later, Caustic Shot and Shatter Defenses (Crossbow) now scale off 150% Ranged Power down from 200% Ranged Power.

Plz don't nerf Inq! There is this awesome "Dude" *wink wink* on Khyber who farms Feytwisted chest on r10 periodically and this might prevent that! Love hopping in and helping people pull stuff from those !
