Thrill of the hunt end fight

I see Friend in low places got end fight revamp to avoid instant red alert... GOOD.

So...
Why didn't thrill get same treatment?
Anyone with half decent DPS at level will get boss down fast which means 15+ howlers spawning (just got instant red alert in first 3 seconds of boss fight), which means anyone without unholy WIS score gets helpless...

Maybe replace horde of yellow named howlers with boss level orange named howler each stage.

Same issue in Overgrowth.
DPS-ing Sylvie too fast nets at least Yellow DA.
