Thrower attack speed needs manual repeated clicks. What do?

Today I learned this. I've been itching to play a thrower for a long time and now im finally going to, i learned this.

So, now im thinking of using an app to simulate my mouse hold to repeatedly press the attack button.

Tested rate of fire of button mashing attack and its about 20% faster on my pure monk who is melee but using shuriken and whirling wrists, as compared to when i just held down attack.

Wondering if others found easier ways to address this.

Most moden mouse software can do this - I use Logitech G hub and changed holding down the button to repeatedly click instead.

i was able to solve it. apparently i already am using a lite gaming mouse and i was able to set the side button to 'click left mouse button repeatedly'
