Tiefling's Improved Scorch

Does the immunity stripping enhancement affect the regular Scorch spell in addition to the Tiefling's SLA Scorch?

I don't think it does, but it should according to how it's written.

It does the last time I tried it. Been awhile since I ran one.

I have confirmed that all versions of Scorch proc the immunity stripping.
