This one means a lot. When she was blackballed practically everywhere after her SNL protest moment... and driven to tears on stage just a year later, it was Kris Kristofferson who jumped up stage to console her and they remained friends until she passed.

Not a big country fan, but this moment was refreshing to see. Some 18 years after her infamous SNL appearance, they did this duet together.

I may not fully agree with Sinead and her decisions, but Kris gives a fine example of how to respond to another hurting human being - wish more would have done the same... she more then deserved it.

This is the "Stairway to Heaven" for the kids who liked prog rock. Man has this held up brilliantly.

As a kid growing up in the 70s, dam we had some great music and virtuoso musicians. Steve Howe.. .great talent.

She was a good yet troubled soul that needed companionship and not loneliness. But in a music studio or on a stage she owned total dominance of each song. She was far better than most thought.

My parents were watching the great Chuck Berry perform Roll Over Beethoven...

but I was hiding in my room playing the SSI Gold Box series Dark Queen of Krynn and Curse of Azure Bonds on my C64 AND playing a slightly harder version of Roll Over Beethoven!!

and an even HARDER VERSION!!! The HARDEST & BEST version I'd ever heard of Roll Over Beethoven by ANYbody...

Here is Joe Satriani jumping onstage to perform STORMY MONDAY with my guy, Leslie West. Two of the greatest virtuoso players EVER, Satch and the big man Mr Leslie West. I was their LIVE, and it was some of the best GUITAR TONES Id ever heard. During Leslie's solo it seemed the entire building and floor were shaking.
