I tried playing for the last 12 hours on each of the 4 64bit servers. Each server is failing more and more. Please do something now. Its to a point even trying to get anywhere is a chore. I played on peak time and off peak times. Cormyr which is normally ok, it was just as bad as Thrane or Shadowdale. I switched to Moonsea, even worse. This is at a point I really don't think you can fix any of this. If this was any other game developer, they would have been working hard and communicating with the customer. You have failed on both points. The last patch you put through made the game even worse off than prior. You don't say anything to the people paying the bills, that is bad business practice.
I beg you to do something or hire some people that can do something, I know you have a parent company that won't like when bottom dollar starts dropping. Please do something fast, because you are losing your player base the longer this lingers with no comments from you all besides the mediocre jumble that was stated from SEV.
