We are working to debut our new 64-bit game worlds and enable free character transfers as quickly as we can, and we expect to have further guidance on timing within the next 24 hours. One of the changes we are making requires a change in our transfer process and guidance, which is that when transfers and worlds are available, characters will not be able to Pack until they have removed items from their Reincarnation Cache. We will have more information on specific timing of the opening of our new worlds as soon as we can. Thank you!

This article will be updated over time to include remaining questions and any game-wide guidance as needed.

We will use our Service News forums to announce any short-term messaging related to downtimes and the transfer service through the transfer process that begins July 15th.

We will respond as best as we can in this thread. One of the remaining questions awaiting final instruction is what guidance we will issue related to your server-based Favor rewards that you have already claimed. Currently, everything works like it does today related to Favor and Transfers. We are also expecting further guidance about custom Shared Bank tabs and whether the Platinum Vault storage on your account has concerns with a 32-bit integer limit. However, the rest of this article is ready, so we didn't want to hold up the messaging today for these answers. Thank you!

The Monster Manual progress you have earned on your 32-bit game world will not transfer with you to your 64-bit game world. You will still have your Monster Manuals on your new world, but they will be in a fresh state, and you can earn rewards again. If you are close to a reward on your 32-bit world you may wish to claim your reward prior to transfer, particularly if you are close to acquiring a creature companion. Certificates will transfer with you in your inventory, and companions added to your Creature Companion Stable on your origin world will be packed and brought to your destination world.

Please note that we intend to refactor the Monster Manual in a more comprehensive way in the future. For now, we are removing the display of hit points from being gated by the Monster Manual. All players will now be able to see hit point totals of enemies. We expect this change to the hit points display to debut with a game update on July 15th.

For the monster manual, we will lose account progress or just character?

Based on the creature companion comment I assume account progress is lost. That stings, I have about 4000 wraiths that will be lost.

I was pleasantly surprised at the 100 shared bank slots. I was actually expecting more character slots, which is of course appreciated, but the 100 slots of shared is amazing.

Also monster hp reveal for everyone is great as well. I was not expecting such a simple solid fix.

Does this mean that those 100 slots will be available just for a limited time or that the free coupon code will be available to be redeemed for a limited time (and those slots will stay permanently)?

Yeah, 10 character slots is just about the ONLY way you could buy me out from not being mad about losing a 100%'d Monster Manual.

The latter.

100 permanent extra slots available for a limited time via that coupon. Oh and just redeem once, not once on every 64-bit server !!

I am aware that some subset of players have a VERY large number of named pets on their account. If we can offer further guidance we will. If you are in a specific position where creature companion names are a high priority for you, the best guidance is to unpack that character first if you can, as that initial rename will be the one that sticks.
