When SSG says you can.
When SSG "Quietly" says you can. They will probably only mention it as an afterthought to some unrelated thread, the transfer window will be like 3 days long starting on a Monday and ending with the weekly restart, and the rest of us will find out about it a week after it happened.

I just want to know when I can transfer my remaining characters from CORMYR to MOONSEA before anyone gets it into their head that MOONSEA is of strategic importance to the integrity of SSG and they slap a surcharge onto all MOONSEA transactions unless we sell them our souls and not bend a knee to their totalitarian approach in dealing with their customer base.
The nonsense of real life versus the lack of credible communication by our favourite game developper. What to do, huh?

They'll do it when they'll decide to close EU server. Again. So they can bring all the EU players in one place beforehand and eliminate us all.

Fully aware; I've "supported" Windows since v.1.0. The man is utter fashy scum and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is equivalent to the Clinton Foundation. BillG's also a "friend of Jeffrey" (Epstein, if you get my meaning).
I had variety of people I detest as avatars (John Kerry & Bill Clinton were others) here and on a Diablo II forum. I had created a great one at some point showing BillG with animated hands at the World Economic Forum, but had changed the text to read, "I know Kung Fu"

Really need to stop worrying about putting out new content or events until 64 to 64 is up & running! Fix this while you're fixing everything else you seem to find jacked up! We've waited long enough SSG! Time to fulfill the statement made regarding such 8+months ago! At a minimum stop keeping us in the dark!

Dear SSG, please listen to us, we are simply asking you to honour a commitment that you made to us.
I appreciate that there is a lot of work to allow this , but time is one of the things that we have given you ( along with our money)
and quite frankly some of us are getting quite fed up with the wait. Please get 64 to 64 open and soon (as per dictionary meaning) rather than soon (TM). Thank you in advance.
