Transfer unpack problem: Guild

Hi there.

I'm having this issue with unpacking some characters because the guild leader hasn't unpacked the guild in the server yet.

My questions are: can I join another guild normally if the guild never unpacks in my server? Is the guild info the only thing that never unpacks unless the guild unpacks as a whole, or all info is locked behind this process? What do I do if the guild never unpacks in my server AND I can't join a new one?

I unpacked my guild leader first but am having a problem where each character after the guild leader who joins up shows as level zero until they relog. If they don't relog the next character that attempts to unpack gets the message (Error): Failed to find new transferred guild. Some get that message now no matter what i do. I am submitting a ticket but that system is probably so overloaded now it will be 2026 before they see it.

The "showing up as level zero until they relog" is a display error only and something we are aware of. The wider issue of the next character getting an error message when attempting to unpack is something we will need to investigate further.

If your guild is coming to the server but hasn't arrived yet then you should be patient and wait until they arrive, then unpack the character again to join the guild once the guild leader has unpacked the guild.

If you have characters whose guilds went to a different server or are in a defunct guild then you need to use the command /transfer delete guild to erase you character's guild data so you can join or start another guild normally. Use caution though, doing this is not reversible and it will erase all that character's guild data.

I am having that problem with one of my characters, so i can never unpack until the guild is unpacked? what if he suddenly decided to move to a different server? or if he quit and didnt tell me? maybe the guild is never unpacked?

Hi, I have a question/issue with some guild transfers.

I was able to transfer all my guild characters just fine but in the process of transferring some of my characters I also changed some of their names. The were still properly added to the guild upon unpack but in the guild list they show up with their old/original name. Is there a method to have their new name displayed in the guild?

I have a Problem : I transfer 1 guild member to Thrane (on purpose) , while the guild leader went to Shadowdale. Now the character in Thrane, cant seem to be able to unpack. I have an Error message about the guild Leader not unpacking yet or something like that.
I tried the ' Create' button to delete my guild info packed. It failed. The info is still there. I tried the /transer guild delete command. That failed too.
How can I unpack in that situation?

I did that, now when I unpack:

I got that and tried unpack again shortly after and it worked.
