Trying to purchase Chill of Ravenloft for a friend, getting store error message

It's usually a credit card issue. Update it not on the expansion's page when it asks for the payment, but at the top, in the account settings. Updating it in the sales pages is bugged, at least for me, it always gives me an error.

Yeah, first thing I did was check the account payment source and added CC. Possibly there is a delay. I just tried again, still not working.
